Once upon a time, in a village called Umuaku, there lived a brave boy named Iheukwu. He was special because he had magical powers, just like his grandfather, Ikedinobi, who was a wise and strong healer.

One day, a big, scary tiger started scaring everyone in the village. The villagers didn’t know what to do, and people were getting hurt. So, the village priest asked the gods for help. The gods said that to stop the bad things happening, Iheukwu needed to find a magical leaf from a very special tree called Anunuebe.

But, the tree was far away, in a place where no one could go. It was so magical that no one had ever returned after trying to visit it.

The gods picked Iheukwu because he was brave and strong. He was the only one who could go to the tree, get the leaf, and bring it back to save the village. If he did it, all the bad people would be caught. But if he failed, something even worse would happen.

"Mystery Under the Sun" tells the story of Iheukwu’s big adventure and how he tried to help his village before the white people came to Umuaku. It is a story of bravery, magic, and hope.
